No. Yiren is a coordination and support service. All diagnosis and treatment is delivered by licensed hospital physicians — we never diagnose, treat or advise on your care. We handle the language, logistics and admin around it.
Everything around your treatment — hospital and doctor matching, medical-record translation, a pre-departure video consult, visa invitation letter and guidance, flight timing and a hotel near the hospital, airport pickup, an interpreter and coordinator at your appointments, and translated reports and follow-up when you return. The treatment itself is delivered and billed by the hospital.
Treatment is priced and billed by the hospital, directly to you — usually a deposit on admission and the balance at discharge. Our coordination fee is separate, fixed, and agreed in writing before you commit. We never touch or hold treatment money.
We only list hospitals whose accreditations, physician credentials and track record we have verified. Nothing is marked "Verified" until we've confirmed it, and we show each hospital's grade and accreditations openly.
A medical interpreter is with you at your appointments, your medical records are translated both ways, and your reports are returned to you in your language. We work in English, Chinese, Arabic, Russian, Spanish, French and Portuguese.
Yes. We arrange a pre-departure video consultation with the hospital doctor and interpret it live. It's a provisional opinion based on your records; the in-person assessment may refine the plan once you arrive.
Yes. We advise the right visa, obtain the hospital's medical invitation letter, and help with flight timing and a hotel near the hospital. You submit your own visa application and pay travel costs directly.
Yes. You can withdraw or adjust your request before hospital appointments are confirmed, and we'll support you through any changes. Any coordination-fee terms are set out in your written agreement up front.
Your information is handled securely and shared only with the hospital involved in your care. You give consent before we share anything, and you can withdraw it at any time.
We translate your discharge summary and reports into your language for your home doctor, stay reachable for your questions, and coordinate any follow-up or return visit.
